Palacios kidnap ordeal continues

It had been reported that Wilson Palacios' brother had been freed from kidnappers who took him two weeks ago.  The parents are saying that that hasn't happened and they're still waiting on news on Edwin.  So the sad saga continues, and it has already had adverse effects on some of the loved ones.
