Pots confirmed by FIFA

FIFA confirmed the composition of the pots for the Final Draw on Friday.  They are as follows:

Pot 1 (seeds): South Africa, Brazil, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Argentina, England

Pot 2: Australia, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, New Zealand, USA, Mexico, Honduras

Pot 3: Algeria, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Nigeria, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay

Pot 4: Denmark, France, Greece, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland

So in the end, the makeup of the pots is exactly what MARCA leaked out three weeks ago.  It's not much of a surprise, although CONCACAF might have like to have been placed in the same pot as the African teams.  Now all three representatives will very likely have to face difficult draws.
